The sale is not the transformation.
We structure what happens after purchase: basic payment/access trigger, onboarding, course/lesson path, client rhythm, community environment and next-step logic — so your clients know where to start, how to enter, how to move and where the relationship continues.
This is not just a course. It becomes a structured client environment: payment-to-access logic, onboarding, lessons, actions, community channels, engagement rhythm and a clear next step after delivery.
We map payment, access, onboarding, learning path, support rhythm and what the client should do next.
Welcome message, first lesson, intake direction and expectations create orientation before confusion begins.
We structure modules, lessons, actions and checkpoints so clients do not just watch content — they move.
Community categories, channels and rhythms give clients a place to ask, share, reconnect and stay close.
We define check-ins, prompts, updates and touchpoints so the experience stays alive after the first week.
We define the basic purchase-to-access trigger and what happens after completion: continue, upgrade, book support or move to the next offer.
GTG delivery is not only about content. It is about access, orientation, movement, support, belonging and the next step.
Payment is not orientation.
If people do not know where to start, what to do first and where the process lives, momentum drops fast.
Videos alone do not create progress.
Lessons need sequence, action, context, checkpoints and support.
A group without rhythm becomes quiet.
Clients need a reason to return, engage, ask and continue the relationship between formal delivery moments.
This is a focused implementation sprint for the client experience after purchase. We structure the basic payment/access trigger, onboarding, course/lesson path, community environment, engagement rhythm and next-step logic.
We review what currently happens after purchase and identify where clients lose clarity, momentum or connection.
We define the journey from purchase or approval to access, first action, progress, support and next step.
We connect one simple purchase path to delivery: payment received, access granted, welcome email, tag/status and first step.
Welcome logic, first lesson, intake direction and expectation-setting so clients start with confidence.
Modules, lessons, actions and checkpoints organized as a process, not a random video library.
Channels, categories, member actions and support areas so the community has a role in the transformation.
Prompts, updates, check-ins and touchpoints that keep clients connected between sessions or lessons.
What happens after completion: continue, book, upgrade, join membership, repeat or move to the next offer.
We can provide structure for your team, or install the system inside GTG where course/community operation can run.
This is what is included in the Client Delivery & Community System. It structures one client delivery environment, including the basic purchase-to-access logic needed for delivery — not your full GTG backend.
We connect basic access, course structure and community rhythm because clients need the whole first experience: they buy, enter, start, move and stay connected.
We do not start with “upload content”. We start with the client’s experience after they say yes.
We review what happens after purchase and identify missing orientation, action and support points.
We map purchase-to-access, onboarding, lessons, client actions, community spaces and the support rhythm.
We prepare the delivery map and either hand off the structure or install the basic setup, including the simple access trigger, inside GTG.
We review how clients enter, move, engage and continue after the first delivery cycle.
A content library stores knowledge, but does not automatically guide a person through change.
A delivery environment gives clients access, sequence, action, support, belonging and a next step.
No. Course structure is only one part. We also define onboarding, client actions, community role, engagement rhythm and next-step logic.
No. We structure the course and lesson path. Video production and full course content creation are scoped separately.
Because delivery usually fails when the client has no place to stay connected between lessons, sessions or actions. Community gives the process continuity.
Yes. We can hand off the delivery/community structure to your team. Direct implementation inside external platforms is scoped separately because every setup is different.
If the delivery environment runs inside GTG, the 99€/month keeps the platform environment active. It does not include unlimited new courses, content production or community management.
Yes — basic payment/access logic needed for this delivery system is included: one product/payment path, purchase confirmation, grant access, welcome email, tag/status and basic access check. Advanced billing, failed payments, cancellations, multiple subscriptions, custom invoicing and e-racuni integrations are scoped separately.
You can run the delivery environment, improve CRM visibility, add booking/capacity logic, or move into the full GTG build if the whole backend needs to work together.
Not sure if delivery is your current bottleneck?
We can review your current client experience and see whether the issue is delivery/community, advanced billing, CRM visibility, booking/capacity or the full GTG backend.
