Develops the coach's judgment, method and ability to help people.
Your students learn how to coach people well. We help them see what their expertise could become — a better 1:1 practice, a workplace program, a club partnership or a new education product — and how to build the business behind it.
A coach can be excellent at movement, assessment and programming — yet never explore what else that expertise could become.
One-to-one coaching is one model. The same professional method might also serve a sports club, an employer, a specialist community or an educational audience. Each opportunity comes with a different buyer, offer, delivery model and economics.
Recognising an opportunity is only the beginning. GTG teaches how the decisions behind it connect. That complements — rather than replaces — the professional craft you teach.
Develops the coach's judgment, method and ability to help people.
Shows how to identify an opportunity and connect the seven decisions behind a workable business.
Take one hypothetical B2B opportunity and test it against the decisions a real business would need to make.
A company wants to support staff dealing with sitting, physical strain or shift-work fatigue. Could a movement coach turn their expertise into an accessible workplace program?
What do employees actually need — and why would the employer fund the solution?
Which assessments, exercises, resources and support belong in an employer-ready program?
How does the company buy, how do employees start, and how will progress and support be managed?
What would delivery take, what would it cost, and how could the coach make it sustainable?
A guided, live introduction to seven connected business systems. We start with a concrete business opportunity, follow the decisions needed to make it workable, and leave room for the questions your community is already asking.
What change does the coach want their work to create?
Which lived experience and expertise shape their work?
Who needs help, with what, and through which professional approach?
Different ways to package expertise for the people or organisations who need it.
How people understand, buy, receive and continue support.
Who makes the buying decision, how are they reached, and why would they say yes?
What the coach and the business can sustainably deliver.
Some educators prefer to bring an expert into their existing teaching environment. Others want to offer an optional external session. We can discuss either.
A focused, live business architecture session for your students or members, delivered within the learning experience you already run. We can adapt the example and Q&A to your coaches.
If a dedicated guest session isn't the right format, you can introduce interested coaches to a scheduled GTG webinar through an agreed invitation link or coupon.
Humans need humans.RELATIONSHIP IS THE REAL CURRENCY
Relationships need structure.
I'm Simon, the founder of GuyToGo. My work sits between business structure, technology and the day-to-day reality of service businesses — including the experience of building alongside a women's training studio.
GTG grew from a simple observation: skilled professionals often have more business possibilities than the one service they currently sell. Seeing an idea is one thing. Choosing the right buyer, offer, delivery model and economics is another.
The session isn't about replacing professional judgment with software or chasing the next marketing trick. It's about seeing how expertise can become a connected business while keeping human relationships at its centre.
No. The framework can complement a program that already covers selected business topics. Before proposing the final session, we'd look at what your students already learn and where a connected case study would add value.
No. For an academy guest session, invitations can stay entirely within your own channels. Any direct registrations or sharing of contact details would be discussed separately, with appropriate permission.
The proposed session is educational. We would agree in advance on any resources, mentions of GTG courses or follow-up options. We will not introduce an unannounced sales pitch into your classroom.
Yes. The seven-system view stays consistent, but the practical example, terminology and time spent on each decision can match your students' experience and professional setting.
No. An educational guest session and an affiliate relationship are different decisions. We can start with a conversation about what would be useful for your community.
Tell us a little about your program and the people you teach. We'll explore whether a guest business session is a good fit.
